Please take a moment to review the necessary documents each production must have on hand. Linked below are the safety documents for you to print out. Please note the number of copies you should have on hand and for which departments. Please send the EHS department a copy of your signed IIPP with all responsible executives and supervisors signatures.

Anonymous Safety Hotline – Print as many as needed. This needs to be posted on each stage and when on location.

CBS Studios IIPP – Please print out three copies. This should be available on location and on stage with the First AD, in the production office and on stage.

CBS Studios Safety Manual – One needs to be with each of the IIPP’s.

CBS Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities – Please print this document out for the production meeting. Each supervisor needs to distribute a copy to their direct reports and have them sign the provided sign-off sheet on page 5..

CBS Toolbox Talks – Please keep two copies available in the production office. Each department supervisor must conduct a Toolbox Talk every 30 days. The Construction department supervisor needs to conduct a Toolbox Talk every 10 days.

As a side note, please ensure that your craft services departments are adhering to the AMPTP Industry-Wide Labor-Management Safety Committee, Safety Bulletin #32 – Food Handling Guidelines For Production and (if applicable) the Addendum #32A - LA County Health Advisory.

Eye On Dangerous Goods – Please use this as your first Toolbox Talk. Please ensure everyone has read the Toolbox and signed the attendance sheet
